Original title *must be notarized if only purchaser is present
Current PA Driver’s License
Current insurance ID card *you may email the ID card in PDF form to documents@netitle.org
Please note that the ID card needs to have the name of the purchaser on it or we will need the declarations page proving the purchaser as an insured driver
Additional documents may be required under different circumstances
REGISTERING A VEHICLE: NEW TO PA
Original title *notarized only if the state it came from requires notary
Current PA Driver’s License
Current insurance ID card *you may email the ID card in PDF form to documents@netitle.org
Please note that the ID card needs to have the name of the purchaser on it or we will need the declarations page proving the purchaser as an insured driver
Vehicle must be present to verify the VIN or you must have a VIN etching. For trucks/motorhomes/trailers you must provide the MV-41 form.
If purchased less than 6 months ago (for new to PA residents) we need proof the sales tax was paid in the prior state
If you are not a new to PA resident, we will need a purchase price
